Fashion Friday - Week seven

Hello everyone!
Welcome back to another fashion Friday! I apologise that there was no fashion Friday last week, I completely and utterly forgot to get a picture of my outfit. I also want to apologise for no mid-week post as I have been super busy the last couple of weeks.

Now that is out of the way, onto my outfit for this week!

Here it is:

What I wore:
Black and White shirt - Is from the warehouse but I am unable to find a link for. This top is super adaptable as can be seen with this outfit compared to my Fashion Friday - week one and also really comfortable
Black tube skirt - I got given this skirt but the tag say H & M but it is super old and no longer available. I have just recently started to love this skirt and finding new ways to wear it, I was slightly worried about wearing it to school but it worked well apart from the fact that my school bag made it slide up at the back.
Black Cardigan - From Glassons, this is really basic so is good for just covering up for warmth as I used it for today.
Wedges - Number one shoes, I got these so long ago that they are no longer available. I absolutely love these shoes as you could tell by looking closely at them as they are breaking which makes me so sad!
Owl necklace - It was a gift, sadly in the picture it is turned around but it has small blue bead detailing as the feathers.
Bike and Camera necklace - Made by Alexis from Studs, Kandi and Stilettos, it can be seen better here

I hope that you have enjoyed today's post and hopefully it has given you some inspiration for your own outfits. There is only one Friday left for this term and then I will decide if I will carry on with Fashion Fridays. If you want to go through the list of posts I have done for this term of what I have worn, they can all be found here.

Until next time, be happy and stay gorgeous :3 xxx

Fashion Friday - Week Six

Hello everyone!
Welcome back to another fashion Friday! This week was themed orange to support the movement against domestic violence, so of course we were all wearing orange.

What I wore:
Orange singlet (sorry  I can't find a link) - From the warehouse, it is technically sports wear but I really like i as just a baggy singlet with leggings, also it was the only orange thing i own!
Black leggings - From JayJays, once again i wore these haha but they are super comfortable and as they are plain black they go with lots of outfits.
Leather jacket - From JayJays, really comfy and warm, sadly it got a bit hot today so I had to take it off but still it is amazing.
Black Belt - I have no idea where this is from sorry, but I really like wearing this belt as it pulls in any top and extenuates my waist which is something that I quite like about myself so I enjoy showing it off.
Boots - From the warehouse, sadly I cut myself shaving yesterday on my ankle so my boots were rubbing against it all day so today wasn't the best day for these boots.
Necklace (they don't sell these online) - From JayJays, I am obsessed with dream catchers at the moment (as you would know if you follow my pinterest (; ) and I really like silver jewelry right now and this necklace is perfect for me at the moment.

Here is the finished look:

And a close up of my necklace:

I hope you have enjoyed today's fashion Friday post, as I am coming to the end of term I won't be in mufti for a couple of weeks so there will be no fashion Fridays, I will warn you closer to the time. I am also thinking that next term I may not do a fashion Friday every week for the next term maybe just occasionally but I haven't decided yet.

Please let me know if you are enjoying this small peek into my life and what I wear to school. Also let me know if there are any posts you want to see on here.

Until next time, be happy and stay gorgeous :3 xxx

Night skincare routine

Hello everyone!
Today I am going to be talking about my night skin care routine. I can have quite dry skin so the routine that I have established is what I find works best for me, it took a lot of trial and error to find the 'perfect' balance for me.

Starting with the methods I use to take off my makeup. Most nights I will use the Swisspers facial cleansing wipes.

I find these wipes to be really good as they completely take off all my makeup without drying my face. I have also experienced some wipes that just burnt my face or left my skin incredibly dry, I found these things more common when I used wipes specifically for sensitive skin but then trying these which are 'original' and they work amazingly.

If I have lots of eye makeup on (which is rare) I use Johnson's 3 n 1 eye makeup remover ( I cannot find this anywhere online!)

I find this makeup remover to be really gentle on my skin. As it states makeup is removed easily and it is really conditioning for the skin.

On the nights I wash my hair (usually about every 3 nights) I use a cleanser rather than the wipes. I use the Neutrogena deep clean revitalising cleanser.

I only use this occasionally as it drys out my skin if I use it too frequently. I find that using it every 3 nights gives the perfect amount of cleanliness without drying out my skin.

To treat any spots that I get I use the Clearasil rapid action pimple cream.

This seriously does everything that it claims to, it clears up pimples really fast and makes them duller in colour so its not as noticeable. I have never had a reaction to this luckily.

To moisturise my face at night I use the Johnson's re-hydrating night cream.

Sorry about the really bad photo haha. This moisturiser makes my skin suuuuuper soft and hydrated. It is seriously perfect.

Last but not least for my lips as the can get really dry and flaky, I use Tui Lip Balm.

This lip balm is incredibly hydrating and as it is all natural I know that I'm not putting any chemicals on my lips that I may react to.

That is all! I probably don't do the right things for my skin but I find this routine to work. Please let me know if there are any posts you would like me to do or if you have any suggestions for products that you think I may like.

Until next time, be happy and stay gorgeous :3 xxx

Fashion Friday - week five

Hello everyone!
Welcome back to Fashion Friday, autumn has arrived here in new zealand although its not too noticeable today was definitely an autumnal day. Also I got my shoulders sun burnt yesterday so clothes on them is quite painful, these two factors resulted in today's outfit.

And here it is!

Details of what i wore:
Black bat-winged top - I have no idea where this is from because I was given it. I like this top as it is quite versatile and comfortable.
Plain black singlet (beneath) - From the warehouse, this singlet is perfect for warmth under loose tops such as the one I wore.
Cross leggings - From JayJays, I absolutely love these as they are super comfortable and because they are only black and white you can pair them with lots of different tops.
Boots - From the warehouse, I have found these really easy to walk in around school which is really good since most of the time I am in science labs so I  need to wear closed toe shoes.
Scarf - Which I was also given so I don't know where it is from.
Pink bracelet with a gold hand on.
Gold beaded bracelet with a small elephant on.

I hope this gives you inspiration for school or just a normal outfit for autumn. I am doing a Fashion Friday post every Friday that I am at school, so check back in if you have enjoyed seeing what I wore. If you have any requests for posts please let me know by either commenting or messaging me.

Until next time, be happy and stay gorgeous :3 xxx
